About Kayleigh
Kayleigh is a Nurse Practitioner at Tennessee Fertility Institute, bringing a decade of experience across labor & delivery and midwifery with a strong, listening‑first approach to care. She meets patients where they are, explains complex topics clearly, and prioritizes whole‑person support, so every visit feels informed, collaborative, and hopeful.
Kayleigh joined TFI in December 2025, drawn to the practice’s patient‑centered culture and the team’s commitment to thoughtful, compassionate care at every step of the fertility journey.
“As a midwife, you learn to listen first—to understand each person’s goals and history, explain things clearly, and treat every patient as a whole person. That carries perfectly into fertility care.”
Kayleigh is passionate about turning complexity into clarity. From outlining diagnostic plans to discussing treatment options, her goal is to replace stress and confusion with knowledge and confidence—so patients leave each visit feeling supported and ready for the next step.
Outside the Clinic, Kayleigh enjoys simple joys—slow mornings with a great iced coffee and time outdoors with her husband. A Thompson’s Station local, she’s a regular at 1819 Coffee and loves discovering new spots like Mama Mila’s in Columbia. At home, she’s into old‑school hobbies: reading, baking homemade sourdough, tending a garden, and caring for the family’s chickens. When the weather warms, you’ll find her at a ballgame or summer concert—and when she travels, Italy (especially Florence) has her heart.
That's who we're here to help.
